This island in located in Horseshoe Lake, several kilometers north-east
of Minden, Ontario. Access to the island is via quite a long causeway.
Approximate co-ordinates are 44.59 degrees north, and 78.40 degrees west.

        We will be using the call VE3VS.  Participants are Doug-VE3VS and
Heather-VE3HQH. We plan to start out on 80 metres as early in the
morning as possible. We have about a two hours drive just to get there
from our home location, and likely about 20 to 30 minutes to get the
station established. By mid-morning we will probably switch over to 40
metres, and perhaps also 20 metres.

        20 metres - 14.195 & 14.240 +
